Information Security is every workers duty on a day-to-day basis. Thus, we ensure that your information is kept secure and only processed by concerned business units. Additionally, trainings and awareness are conducted regularly to deliver timely and current information security awareness for units handling confidential information.


We have put in place appropriate physical, organizational, and technical controls to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data.


The Bank stores personal data in a data center (on premise and cloud) and physical document storage facilities. Our data center is governed by an IT administrator ensuring information security controls are regularly monitored. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied and used for authorized purposes. Further, all information, including personal information, placed or sent over our system may be monitored for security purposes.


Your personal data will be stored and regularly backed up and encrypted in a secured database which is crucial for data protection for this will ensure that only authorized units can access such data for no longer than the prescribe number of years from the conclusion of your transactions until the expiration of the retention limits set by applicable law, whichever comes later, after which both physical records and digital files shall be disposed of.

4. Sharing of Information

Your personal data may be shared with trusted third parties under the following conditions:
