Endorsement Letter from SUMIFRU / Certification of Undertaking from DOLE- Stanfilco (Financing)
Billing Statement from Banana Company (Latest 1 year)
Proof of sales Transaction (Latest 1 year duly signed by the buyer)
Transfer Certificate of Title- Original Copy
Certified True Copy of Transfer Certificate of Title ( New Applicant)
Tax Declaration or Appraisal of Real Property (ARP)
Original Land Tax Receipts- Current Year
